Ahmed Baosman, PH.D.

Chairman/ Founder

Dr. Baosman as  Chairman  and the lead Research and Development Scientist of FES Chemicals (“FES”), leads the company in it's purpose for the scientific and commercial innovation needed to have  a transformational impact on human health and Environment through ClO2 breakthrough-technology. He is named inventor on several Patents and published numerous articles in international journals with contributions in areas such as Nano technology.

Dr. Baosman is an experienced Industrial Chemical Technology/Process Chemist with extensive experience and background in Chemical Reaction Theory and Pathways with Specialized expertise in Molecular Theory involving process development and complex chemical reactions, encompassed in publications of Multiple Patents for an advanced Next-Generation, "Nano-based Electro-Catalytic Chemical Reaction Pathways.”  Those highly specialized reaction routes are brought into successful commercial developments for new and advanced low-cost next generation applications in chemical and process industry involving, the “Electro-Catalytic heterogeneous and hybrid technology.

Dr. Baosman holds a  Ph.D. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of York, UK and a Post-Doctoral Researcher from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta Georgia. LOGIN

 

Shahid Iqbal, B.Sc.Chem.(Hons.), M.B.A

Chief Executive Officer/ Founder

Mr. Iqbal brings significant Operational expertise, an exceptional global network and expertise in the International Business Development. He is the Founder and CEO of FES Chemicals ("FES"). Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Iqbal served as a founder and President of Continental Mining Company, Ltd , Sierra Leone in West Africa, where his responsibilities included overseeing thel mining operation and also managed the vertically integrated marketing company  Continental Universal DMCC, Dubai. Prior to that Mr. Iqbal has served as a Senior Vice President and International Strategist for Advance Green Energy (AGE), a company specialized in Clean-Coal Technology and in Clean-Diesel Combustion. There, he was responsible for the overall growth, corporate strategy and the global product launch; In addition, he raised  significant capital for the company under Regulation D Rule 506 offering (SEC).

Mr. Iqbal has also served as an International Consultant, in the Renewable Energy Sector, where he built relationships and managed business negotiations and transactions with companies like Transform Energy, New Generation Power (NGP) and various Asian and African governments. New Generation Power (NGP) is the company that developed and managed the global energy projects with leading industry partners, including: Eaton Corporation, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lockheed Martin, Martifer Group, and Taleson Solar.

Mr. Iqbal is also specializes in high volume technical sales, market development and international marketing. Mr.Iqbal also held, Corporate Management Position in: finance, planning and project risk management and employee relations for over 30 years in USA, West Africa , Saudi Arabia and India. In addition, because of his interest in films, he also co-produced a feature film, “Real Premonition” for Z-International Films, USA.

Shahid Iqbal holds degree in Chemistry and Master of Business in India, Software Engineering  from St. Pete College  and specialized in Pest Control Technology from Purdue University.

Gordon Green, M.S

Chief Operating Officer

 

Mr. Green brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in government contracting, business, banking as well as project management. President George W. Bush appointed Mr. Green to the A76 Circular Committee, advising both the President and Congressional leaders on policy related to the Federal Acquisition Regulations for our country.

As the Director of a privately held government contracting fund in Washington DC for almost 15 years Mr. Green solicited and managed billions of dollar projects for the U.S. government and the participating corporate contractors.

Mr. Green served as a founder and President GNG Solutions, where his responsibilities include but not limited to high and low risk financial and payment processing arena for major corporations for several years.

Additionally, Mr. Green serves as a  consultant  to  Tilgent Capital Trust Bank in Clearwater, Florida.

Mr. Green holds M.S. degree in Labor Relations from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He also holds dual degrees; Business Management  degree from Transylvania University, KY and a degree in History from Transylvania University, Lexington.

 

 

  

Maher Atteya, PH.D.

Chief Scientific Advisor

Dr. Maher Atteya is a Chief Scientific Advisor of FES Chemicals ("FES").He is an eminent Scientist and a renowned Professor of Chemistry at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.He has done extensive research work on “Nano-Scale Metal Oxides Particles” and “Heterogeneous Chemistry of Carbon Compounds;” he has also published several scientific research papers in the top Internationally Acclaimed Scientific Journals.

Dr. Atteya is an accomplished and honored educator, awarded with special recognition as an Excellent National Educator for college courses recognized by Governor’s Excellent Teacher Fellowship Award, University System of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.He is also the recipient of several   outstanding awards and recognitions for his excellency in research and best educator services for chemistry.

Dr. Atteya has earned his Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry from Colorado School of Mines, Coloradoand Post-Doctoral Studies in Surface/Heterogeneous Catalysis related to the Environment from University of Denver, Colorado. He also holds Master of Science in Chemistry from Kansas University, Lawrence, Kansas.

Dr.  Atteya was also educated in Germany and holds Bachelor and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (Germany).
